Learn how you can systematically develop your own capacity to embrace agile ways of working and being
Agile needs the capacity to deal with uncertainty, which especially in the beginning feels unpleasant. It requires skills in letting go, delegating and embracing the new while it is still quite unknown.
Agile is therefore not just a shift in mindset – emotional and social capacities need to be developed as well. These capacities are often overlooked when we analyse why change efforts fail because people don’t name their own emotions as a major cause.
How can we systematically and effectively develop these capacities in as many people as possible in an organization?
I’m going to present elements of the Search Inside Yourself seminar – a two day science-based approach to develop mindfulness and emotional intelligence especially for knowledge workers in complex, agile environments.
You will learn the Why and the What and we will do a few exercises.
